Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Jabwise. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

Licence

Jabwise is licensed, not sold, to you for personal and professional use on Apple devices you own or control, under the terms of Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.

Purchases

Every feature of Jabwise is free for your last month of history. Optional Jabwise Pro shows the history before that, such as 90-day trends and reports and diary days more than a month back. It is an in-app purchase billed to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your entries are always kept, whether or not you buy it.

The subscription renews automatically at the same price each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel a subscription in the Settings app under Apple Account > Subscriptions.

The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase that never renews.

Purchases can be restored through Settings > Restore purchases (and a Restore button on the paywall).

Not medical advice

Jabwise is a journal and reminder tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. Tips are general information with their source linked. Always follow the instructions of your prescriber and the leaflet that comes with your medicine, and contact a pharmacist, your GP or NHS 111 if you are unsure or unwell.

Reminders depend on your iPhone allowing notifications and being switched on. You remain responsible for taking your medicine as prescribed, whether or not a reminder arrives.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or interfere with its operation.

No warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on the results it provides.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.
